Ordered again today after a long time, but unfortunately we were very disappointed .... Ordered tortellini alla panna with peas and broccoli as well as spaghetti carbonara and got the same boring sauce for all dishes. The vegetables were simply left out entirely.

Where should I start? For those who don't want to read for a long time with the positive: the delivery by Lieferando was great, very nice driver. But that's it. Two schnitzel were ordered, one with Bolognese sauce and cheese gratin and croquettes and a gypsy schnitzel with french fries. Actually feasible, nothing exotic. Even my 13-year-old niece can do it easily. Once we were delivered a soup with (close to the limit of the spoiled) vegetables and a piece of breaded meat that was very mushy in consistency. French fries were served with it, or: cardboard, glued together, oversalted potato sticks. Every McDonald's can do that a thousand times better ... even when the fries are cold. The vegetables consisted of one sixth red pepper, one sixth yellow pepper and one third green pepper. There was also a clove of garlic. That's it Okay, that was really sobering. But when the second box was opened it got worse. A piece of the parnied meat mentioned above was revealed to us, but not mushy because: There was no sauce. Absolutely NO sauce. 3 small pieces of minced meat were thrown on the schnitzel, then some cheese, which just managed to run a little on the corners - baked ?! Not a trace. The consistency of the croquettes was also rather limp and the taste was rather inedible. And you have to get that done first with industrially produced croquettes, respect. And for this fun we turned over € 23. To all potential customers, please do yourself a favor and burn the money rather than investing it in this food ... you're better off with that. And to the restaurant with its unsurpassable customer service: please find something you can really do. Cooking and customer service are definitely not. In no world. And in no next life. It's sad what has become of the former quality!

The food was more than mediocre. Spaghetti Bolognese didn't deserve the name. The service was cautiously friendly, atmosphere well.

We often order from the Krone. The food is hot and good, the delivery driver very friendly. However, you have to be extremely patient here. If you order online or on the phone (if you get through) you have to wait almost 2 hours for the food. So far we had ordered online and specified a delivery time that was only met once. Out of 8 orders, the food arrived on time, but on average almost 100 minutes late. If you call the restaurant, you will be satisfied with the standard saying "The food is already on the way, should be there soon", but it is more of a dismissal. If you ask friendly questions on the phone and let your criticism run wild, the phone will be passed on to the head of the restaurant without comment and without notice. He listens to the criticism, but does not really react to it in a customer-friendly manner and is formally looking for excuses to hang up with a thank you, I will pass on. I would have liked a proposal for a solution, or a little bit of customer satisfaction / friendliness. The restaurant seems to have a logistical problem in my opinion and should perhaps seek advice from a management consultancy in this regard. Even if, as I said, the food is good here, we don't order more and we would / would advise against it. There are other, also delicious, restaurants in the area.

Lasted 1.5 hours instead of 45 minutes. Then it was the wrong pasta with the wrong sauce. The pizzas were dripping with fat and the 3 cm thick base made the pizza inedible. We'll never order there again.

Horrible quality and when you call: doesn't give any money back, they don't care. How can you sell something like that, it belongs to the trade inspectorate. And for something you also tip for delivery. NEVER AGAIN !!. Beware, rip-offs due to poor quality meat

We often order via Lieferando and have always been satisfied so far. Delivery time of approx. 1 hour. we always plan. Pizza, salad and meat dishes are very good. Delivery staff is very nice, clear recommendation 👍😊

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered via the Lieferheld app, the order was paid for and after more than 2 hours of waiting there was still no delivery. If, for whatever reason, the delivery could not be fulfilled, I would have been happy to hear from you then it would not have been a problem. So I ended up paying money, waiting 2 hours and not receiving my order. I will never order here again!

Nice restaurant with flair. The service could be friendlier and more attentive. The salads are nice and big and taste very good. They were just very cold and probably fresh from the fridge. What you can eat there without hesitation is pizza. Very good batter and especially the pizza was hot.
